Review on ArcMate Enterprise by Brandon Hilton

I liked that you could find anything with this program; it allows searching in multiple ways so finding what your looking for can be quite easy or very difficult if its not indexed correctly or you dont know how to use certain features of arcmate. Sometimes there are updates needed when doing something simple like copying files from one folder into another. It sometimes lags but thats just because i have alot going at once. If you want an all around solution this software will do everything most people need out of such service providers as well as being able to search through archives of previous records stored by clients in their past jobs. This has allowed us to archive old customer data which used to reside within our database only allowing them to access some info they previously never knew existed unless we went down route A-Z. Easy to use, the whole process is quite simple, it has a friendly user interface, it has a very fast speed and it has a lot of useful tools. It is a very good solution for businesses with many files and documents. The only thing I don't like is the fact that the application is a bit expensive in some countries. I recommend it to any company who is looking for a document management system. We solved the problem of storing and managing a lot of files and documents.
