The first computer didn't work and had a defective motherboard. After betting that the tower wouldn't even recognize the keyboard, they agreed to replace it. I had to wait for them to receive it before they sent my replacement. When I got my replacement, there was no keyboard or mouse, so I had to get my own. "WiFi" is a USB dongle and does not belong to the tower. "HDMI" is an adapter. Neither the first nor the new computer had a 512 GB SSD. It was an SSD, but only 480GB. After formatting the partitions and loading the operating system, only 401 GB remained. Available for use. They called me from a California number and then claimed they were in Seattle. They tried to convince me that I was wrong about the SSD (I used to build computers) and wanted to access my system remotely. I don't trust them. I don't recommend them. As long as this computer keeps working, it's a good computer, but I don't appreciate the way I've been treated or the false advertising. According to the guys who called me, they also operate under two different company names, but I can't think of any other name. Something to do with geeks. Overall very disappointed and now need to find more storage space. Update: The replacement computer no longer works. I moved my office to another room and when I plugged in the computer it started turning on and off every few seconds. This company sells junk and now I don't have a badly needed computer. I need one to look for work/use for work. My wife needs one for her studies and we don't have the money to replace it. i am disgusted Absolutely disgusted with all inclusive experience. To run. Do not look back. Find another company to buy it from. You have been warned!
