Perfect fit for our purposes
We bought this to replace my daughter's damaged home button on my daughter's iPad. This fitted and worked as expected. It doesn't have fingerprint identification technology, but we were aware of that before the exchange. We also bought some glue which was recommended to hold the pieces in place. It wasn't necessary, but it helped. In general, I can say that the exchange was successful.
