Not So Magical Memories of Working with The Genie Company

I was eager to give The Genie Company a try because, as a resident, I'm always looking for reliable resources to enhance my property. My interactions with this business left a lot to be desired, unfortunately. First of all, they have terrible customer support. I emailed them about some product-related concerns but didn't hear back from them for days. In addition, the reply I received was cryptic and lacking in detail. Second, the grade of their construction materials was low. I bought some construction supplies from The Genie Company, but they were cheaply made and of bad quality. I was let down because the products weren't what I had hoped for. Finally, their prices were outrageous. Their goods were more expensive than similar offerings from other vendors who provided comparable or higher quality components. It's disheartening to see a business not respect the money their clients have worked so hard to acquire. My interactions with The Genie Company were, on the whole, very annoying. If you're searching for high-quality tools and supplies for home improvement, I wouldn't go with them.

Pros
  • various construction materials and supplies.
Cons
  • limited accessibility in some areas.
