I like how easy it is to use. The customer service team is always helpful, knowledgeable, and quick to respond with any questions you have. They also have a very active community which is great for support! There isn't much I dislike about this product. If you're looking for an easy-to-use software solution, this is definitely the way to go. We are using Demowizard to facilitate our store's ability to build a proper brand experience. This has helped us create more consistent sales opportunities between stores and helped our customers understand what each brand represents.
