Electrolytes and caffeine don't mix

This supplement had a terrible taste and left me feeling jittery and anxious. The only plus was that it did provide some hydration during my workout. However, I would not recommend this product to anyone concerned about their health and looking for a good amino acid supplement. It would be best to look for another option in the sports nutrition category.
