I like that they have been able to help us with our website, social media management as well content development for both internal use within my organization but also external clients we work closely w/aswell! They are very easy going people who listen & respond quickly when needed which is great because you don't always get this from everyone these days!! The only thing i dislike about them would be there pricing structure - it's not super flexible so if your looking at other options out their make sure u understand what exactly ur getting into before signing up or else its gonna cost more than expected later down line.

We were having issues keeping track of all customer data across multiple channels (social + email) plus creating new campaigns was difficult without hiring someone outside DBS specifically cuz those services weren’t offered by DBs themselves just yet..
