Review on eWord Transcription Services by Michael Schafer

I have used this service before, my last employer was looking to hire someone like me that has experience in transcription services but not all of us had prior training - so they hired somebody less qualified than myself or one who didn't know enough about transcriptionservices business either way it left an awkward situation because we can do things better by ourselves at least when compared too others out there! I like that it is easy to use, accurate and fast. It also has many different features. I dislike that sometimes it doesn't work when you need it most. The software works sometimes but other times it just freezes. It's not always reliable. I have used this program in the past and it was great. I recommend using it if you are looking for an easy, fast and reliable way of transcribing audio or video files. I am transcriptioning audio files from videos such as TED talks and lectures.
