I've used their transcription services several times over the years, but currently have not worked directly on any projects since they changed management in 2014 or so (I think). They are extremely professional, friendly, knowledgeable about their product & process! I have used them 3 times now to transcribe my court cases that require transcription services from video or hearing transcripts. Their price is very reasonable compared to other competitors in this market space. It's easy to use, it records very clearly so I don't have any problems when listening back in my head over time or having multiple people transcribe at once which is great because this way we can get more done quickly since there are no delays!
