Review on eWord Transcription Services by Jerome Brooks

They are extremely professional, friendly, knowledgeable about their product & process! I have used them 3 times now to transcribe my court cases that require transcription services from video or hearing transcripts. Their price is very reasonable compared to other competitors in this market space. There's nothing they could've done better than what we had already discussed during our initial call (transcripts of videos). The only thing would be if there was an option where you can pay via PayPal instead of credit card which some people may not want due to security concerns. As far as customer service goes - it has been excellent every time. Very prompt responses when needed, timely updates regarding transcript status etc., no issues at all!! Not much but one issue i did run into recently while using the app on mobile device. It took me several tries before getting through successfully the first few days after updating iOS version 10.3.1. However once again, everything else so far has been great experience working.
