There were no instructions or gloves in the box. I highly recommend watching the video on YouTube. Given that, it was easy to remove the lightbulb and install a new one. For Benq w1080 don't forget to go into the menu and find out where to reset the lamp timer to 0 hours after inserting a new lamp.
