This was said to be a more durable charger than Apple's and it failed faster than any of the others - and I've had over 10. I've also used it cleaner than any other charger . I did not physically hurt him, no external forces (e.g. children, pets, sharp objects, heat sources) could cause fracture. I bought it to keep in a room that I rarely use and charge maybe a few times a week. I also clean it after each use. All in all, I've used it to charge my phone less than 20 times, taking it out of the box (loose, unconnected) to find it that way. I paid a premium for something that was meant to be durable and I was disappointed.
