Check software version

I installed a new base station and handset only to find out the handset software needs an update and I need to send it to Raymarine as I am using it offline. WHY sell a brand new product that needs an upgrade right away! Trying to contact someone who doesn't work in a call center is impossible! VERY disappointed in Raymarine!
