Method that works with this clay

I decided to try this version of the clay after using the more advanced professional version. I am very happy to share my experience. It handles and spreads better than the professional version. It has a slightly damper feel, which I prefer so less water gets in when spraying or with wet fingers. All air-dried clays shrink without exception. . Make sure you have strong reinforcement. Pack it well with foam or aluminum foil to avoid shrinking.2. smear the clay around with an even and thick layer so that it dries evenly.3. You need to! full design mass in first session, clay, air dry, does not cure well in multiple sessions. Even when stored covered in a damp environment. Finish it! even if done roughly.4. Now make a cage out of rebar or hangers. Then place over the sculpture. Now cover the cage with a plastic trash bag and cut lots of holes. You want to slow down the drying process, it will tear a lot less. And I know it slows it down a lot but wait 2 days the clay dries solid with far less cracking. 5 is important! now apply nail hole filler to the cracks, if necessary spread with wet fingers. Then do not touch for 24 hours. Now you can drill, cut and grind into the perfect shape! Air dry clay does not adhere well to slippery or patched clay. This method works for me because I live in dry Nevada maybe Florida you may not need this method.

This is NOT "air-dry" clay, it is a white low-fire.
