This device replaced a much older Android head unit. Installation was fairly easy (use gauge wire harness. DO NOT CUT YOUR FACTORY WIRE HARNESS) - Wires were well labeled for the most part. There is a connection diagram on the top of the unit in case you get lost too. After the installation I tested the system a bit. I noticed that it wasn't as fast as some users have noted. Faster than my old device, but with storage and Android 10 it should be faster. The equalizer is pretty soft. I think it's the 10th row, but I didn't notice much of a difference with all the changes. GPS works as it should (goes to google maps but there are others you can use). I haven't tried phone calls yet, so I don't know anything about the quality. The backup camera I had was from an old machine and worked great on this machine which was a relief! The biggest gripe I have is that the radio doesn't save the channels you tune into the presets. In addition, the device turns on the radio EVERY time. I save all other settings on the head unit, but not the radio. I'm not sure why.
