I bought ten packs of these pieces after reading their descriptions of how well made they were and that they didn't use cheap glue. Therefore, the instructions on the bag say they must be washed before use. Has the meaning. So they recommend washing them in WARM SOAPY WATER for 5-6 minutes and then rinsing in cold water. Therefore, after soaking, I drained the water and transferred it to a new container. When I poured them into a new container, three out of ten fell apart completely in the soapy water. The lids came off the drainers and the metal balls came out. Basically any cheap glue they used to hold the components together will dissolve in soapy water. DO NOT BUY THESE! Now I stay with them because the company doesn't care about offering a quality product!
