This is fantastic. I use it to set up a lightbox for my YouTube studio. It is easily adjustable and has a very solid construction. It doesn't feel cheap at all and comes with everything you need for a quick setup. If you're installing it in drywall, make sure you use good anchors to keep it strong. You can even mount a camera on it if you want, but I use it for lightboxes. I plan to use it in a ceiling position so I can capture the bird's eye view unboxing video. I'll update this review once I do and see how it works.
