Big light is a good idea for a battery powered bike light. The light is built like a tank, high beam will blind you. Unfortunately I couldn't use the last 5 minutes optimally. My first light stopped working after a few minutes. They sent a replacement a few days later. After fully charging the light, I installed it and rode my bike at 6am with a temperature of 43F. I rode a quarter mile down the road and the light stopped working. The LCD worked but did not light up. I suspect thermal shutdown of the light as it gets quite hot during use. I cannot recommend this light until they fix this issue.
