The product corresponds to the description. I'm a semi-professional installer and have done a few installs in the past. First of all, if you think you can use a web description, please don't try. You must have a basic knowledge of electrics, color coding, etc. It's not as easy as described. Customer support is only available on weekdays. Installation wasn't too difficult as I knew what was going on in my truck. The link provided for installation took an hour to load because it kept showing the installation demo diagram, but I made the connections without it. Tech support was unavailable as I did this over the weekend. It took me almost 1 hour to program the module as it couldn't read data about my trucks, but before that the USB connection to the module wasn't readable by the laptop either, as were disconnects. It took me 4 attempts to get my truck data into the module so I could download the software from my laptop. But once it was done it worked like a charm so I spent about 3 hours total making it. My truck is now a week old and everything is working as advertised. It would be great if their installation instructions were clearer and more concise. Knowledge of the electronics of any car. All good guys.
