I don't know if they bought the wrong bristle material or what exactly is going on, but mine started to rust at the base of all the bristles after only a few weeks of use. I only used it about 5 times before noticing rust. The bristles also do not hold their shape and quickly begin to deform in all directions. I have a feeling they bought stubble that could have been a tier thicker or something. And I wasn't impressed with how well the brush cleans either. They do the job but not as well as some of the other hand brushes I've had. I give two stars because of the low price and the suction cups.
