I received this case less than 2 weeks ago. It had an odor that others have complained about, but got better as I aired it out for days. I've only used it a few times since I received it. However today when I put my laptop in and zipped it up when I wanted to get my laptop out I couldn't move the zip. The zipper broke so badly I couldn't open the bag at all to get my laptop. I ended up having to cut open my bag to get my laptop out. I was lucky I didn't scratch my laptop trying to cut it out of the case. It's not worth getting your laptop out of your pocket. Update: The seller contacted me to help troubleshoot and resolve an issue I had with the original case. They sent me a new case and I've been using it for a week without the problems I had with the original case. I was impressed with the customer service who took the initiative to contact me and solve my problem. Because of this I have updated my rating and changed the number of stars.
