Review on πŸ’» Kangaroo Plus Mini PC with Intel Atom x5 Z8500, 4GB RAM, 64GB eMMC, Finger Print Reader, and Windows 10 Pro by Chris Kidd

The most stylish mini PC with its own battery - back from the dead?

Kangaroo is back? I thought it was discontinued and availability was zero for so long. Perhaps the growing popularity of mini PCs changed Infocus's mind and revived it. What I like? It's elegant. It looks more like a smartphone than a mini PC. It would be a great Windows smartphone if it had a screen. It's wearable. Has its own battery. Nice. What I do not like? Storage. You can add only one SD card to get more storage space. Memory is not a consumable item. It's really slow. However, I found a setting that lets it run at 1.44GHz and since making this change to the system I have been happy with its performance. The battery gets very hot. This mini PC is designed for everyday use - email, surf the web, stream. This is a great tool for those who travel for work. You can store files on the device and connect it to your TV or monitor and you're done. Great for students. Just add more storage. I was hoping that the kangaroo would rise. I'm really interested in the next iteration. Will it be like Apple, keeping the design sleek while adding value for the consumer? When Kangaroo returns, I hope his next device will impress everyone. I can't wait to see this.
