Was very pleased to see 180MB/s streamed from PC straight to this 10TB device after years of running at 35MB/s through my DNS 320 was stuck. However, after about a week I start hearing high pitched trills despite the terrible tinnitus I suffer from. Now that I live in an RV while the house is being renovated, this is unbearable unbearable. I reset everything to DNS-320 and only disabled it for use with offsite backups. This device will never come online until I replace that nasty power supply. When I was notified of a faulty PSU, Seagate's warranty service provider (Moriah) told me to just buy another 12v4a unit. All but one star removed for this ridiculous FYou on their disrespectful customer service as it is unacceptable. I build computers and Seagate doesn't get a penny from me.
