Review on Boating Towable Tube: Airhead Super Mable for 1-3 Riders - Orange, Red, Yellow by Mike Davan

I ordered my first Super Mable as a gift for children at the turn of the year in November 2018. the tube began to bulge in the middle, like a big donut sticking out from the top and bottom. As the bump grew, it became more unsafe and less comfortable. I submitted a warranty claim in July which was approved with a new SM delivered in August. After a few uses towards the end of the summer, it was overwintered and brought out again in June of that year. Immediately there was a donut-shaped bulge on the replacement hose. After submitting a second warranty claim with all the necessary documents, photos and a detailed explanation of the time, it was immediately rejected as "warranty period beyond 1 year". After this experience, two things are very clear: 1. The quality of the manufacturing process and the subsequent production of the product is very low2. The company's unwillingness to support a product with persistent manufacturing defects resulting in unsafe use is not an organization I will ever do business with again and I strongly encourage others to do the same. If I could give both SportStuff and Super Mabel 0 stars I would. My next tow vehicle has already been purchased by one of their main competitors and I hope to have a more positive experience with this product and company. Damn it couldn't get any worse.
