To be honest I was very skeptical about this product but I've found that it wouldn't hurt my bad perm I got at the salon, if only it works relax him, even a little bit. Take some of the fluff away. My friend put it on his hair, I used about 3/4 bottle. It says it shouldn't be too much, so after she applied it to my hair in sections, I brushed it out with a wide-toothed comb to make sure it was evenly distributed. Waited 30 minutes as advertised. We sat outside on her porch and my eyes watered, especially when I applied heat. It says here to start smoothing, I didn't. I saw a video on YouTube where a girl first dried her hair with a hair dryer and then straightened it. That's exactly what I did. After that I straightened at 425 degrees instead of 450 degrees because although I have a lot of hair, it is thin and prone to damage like split ends etc. The YouTube video also says to straighten your hair until steam appears. I used one of those straightening brushes. The whole process took 5.5 hours, no kidding. And we did it as quickly as possible. I would recommend if someone helps you have two hair dryers, two straighteners. I'll do that next time. Also, while drying and smoothing, a white powder fell on my black pants. This suggests that you will not have to wait three days, as in the salon. I waited two before washing my hair. I used to do a salon clean at a salon and it didn't come out that nice. Also a tip, don't straighten the hair clip, I did that and sometimes they are right in the air when I put on the hair band and it comes out 🤣 So my cons: 1. Longer than expected exposure time2. My hair has become less voluminous, but it's so straight now! No friezes! That's why I always wash my face every other day because I feel like it needs volume. Used to do every three days .3. Burning in the eyes .Pros1. Can be air dried without product on very soft hair! 2. No fluffiness3. We could be home! The results are better than in the salon.
