We are using ours this year to light up an outdoor tree in our front yard. the tree is a beautiful silver color and we are lighting it with this spotlight so that we can see it from indoors and its looks spectacular. You can see the tree change all different colors from our bay window. We are not putting up a Christmas tree this year using this instead. This is a great product yu can set it to go on at dusk and then we set ours to go off 8 hours later. never have to go out and reset at all the whole season. The colors are beautiful. we also bought the: Yard Master 13547 6-Outlet Power Stake with Light Sensor and 6-Foot Cord , that amazon sells and they work well together.
