I have been working with bizonaire for over 4 years now at different levels such as client services/support ticket manager to senior level managers- they are all very professional people who put you first when dealing.
They also help me out whenever i need it by sending my tickets or emails directly back to them without being asked which is sometimes annoying but not much because most times their service has always helped solve any issue we had together. As stated earlier its quite expensive compared other companies that provide similar packages (Bixamp) so if price is important then look elsewhere! But otherwise dont go wrong choosing this one since there really nothing bad about having good customer support team behind your products.
