I like that it's very customizable with many tools to help you run your event smoothly! The only downside would be if someone doesn't have access or can not use certain features due to their role within an organization (e.g., sales rep).

We've been able to customize our events by using all available options from bidding through invoices/payments in real time as well as being able to track payments throughout each process step so we know exactly what money has gone where at any given moment during live execution.
