I can't say anything bad about the headphones, they have a really nice sound and are quite comfortable to wear. They don't take long to charge and seem to hold a charge for a while before needing to be charged again. They were pretty easy to set up and I did it myself following the instructions provided, so I can't comment on how the tech support works. If I could say something negative it would be that the ends of the headphones could be a bit smaller, they seem quite big but maybe I have small holes for my ears, I don't know. Maybe a nice addition would be a few different sizes of ear cups, they give you extra ear cups but they all seem to be the same size but on the other hand can you imagine asking people what size your pierced ears are?
