more rigid method of making spaetzle

I am concerned about reviews that the board can withstand high temperatures and boiling water, and i am worried it will get there after more use. But this is NOT my recommended style for spaetzle. Just use a cheese grater. Believe me, it's much more effective and easy on your hands.
