I like that it has loads of templates available and each template can be easily customized. The drag and drop interface makes it easy to create a webpage. It's also very intuitive, so even beginners or people who have never used a WYSIWYG editor can easily figure out how to edit pages. There are some features that I wish were more complete than they are today. For example, the social media integration is limited. Also, sometimes when you click links in the page editor, it will open a new tab instead of redirecting your browser. It's a great tool for creating websites without having to know HTML. We've been able to get up and running with a website very quickly using this service, and we've been able to customize the look and feel as much as we needed.
