All fittings are leaking, cylinders are ok

I bought two of these. The cylinders seem to work fine, but after a few uses the fittings started leaking. I tried the second cylinder I bought with new fittings to fit this one and those fittings started to leak. I believe it's fittings, but it's hard to tell if it's a threaded part of the cylinder. In any case, they both licked through the fittings.
