Communication with them is really good. I just wish we had a choice of which direction the right angle is coming from. They included two in the package so it would be nice to have one for the cables that go to the projector and then it would be nice to have one for the cables that go to the projector. When my projector is on the ground floor, the right corners only work when the HDMI cable falls from the ceiling. It doesn't help me much in setting up a mobile projector when I move to different places. I need the right angle to support the HDMI cables that run from the floor to the projector. September 22, 2017 I received an email from the manufacturer. They suggested I search for "B00B2HPA46". This is a 270 degree adapter. It was exactly what I needed.
