Prevents pants and belt from rolling away.
A little difficult to put on and take off, but does a great job of preventing pants from falling down and waist belt from rolling down. I used to have to tighten my belt literally 30-40 times a day. Using this belt can be 3 or 4 times a day. But even then, he never lets my pants fall down far enough to show my stomach. This used to happen all the time. I love this belt, it's the best.
