The quality is at the level, I am satisfied with everything.

The vacuum cleaner was able to register on the Dyson website without any issues, and it received multiple letters, one of which included confirmation of the warranty and its validity term. However, with the assistance of, an ambush was carried out. The package did not come with either a soft bristle or a hard bristle brush of any kind. Both are mentioned in the aforementioned sections of the description, as well as in the replies provided by the Dyson consultant, the official instructions, as well as the image associated with the product. I phoned customer assistance three times, and each time they assured me that they would repair the problem, negotiate compensation, and send a letter to my home address. After the fourth attempt, they did not even bother to react. . . Despite this, support got in touch with me and asked for a photo of the barcodes and the box, both of which I had discarded 14 days after making the purchase. Pros
