I think I have a defective device. It works great when both TVs are on (60" 1080p and 40" 1080p). However, it seems that if I just leave one TV on (depending on which one is plugged into Output 1) it loses connection every few moments and then comes back. I have swapped TVs on output 1 and it works the same with any TV that is there so the receiver, TV and/or HDMI cables are excluded. Sending back for exchange and hopefully no problem next time. Otherwise it does what it's supposed to and apart from a momentary loss of signal when switching on the second TV, it works as advertised. Edit: A second device arrived, I've used it for a reasonable amount of time and it works as advertised. .
