It was easy to install but you have to be sure to find the center of the shelves. They're easy to miss or just hit the edge of the post, so take your time to make sure you center the supports on the post. Another thing is that quality control needs work. Support and suspenders were ok. Quality problems relate to other parts (pins, screws, etc.). In my case, one of the steel dowels didn't have a pin hole on the end. (I've seen similar comments from other customers about parts.) It only took a short trip to the local hardware store to buy a new anchor and bolt, but that round trip took 45 minutes that I could use on another project be able. Short summary: good product, works as expected, parts quality control should be better. If I needed more shelves I would buy this product again.
