Very cute but arrived broken and chewed up

Just received and started tweaking. The first thing I noticed was that the back of the house had a crack running the length of it. The photo is difficult to see, but everything passes. We then set up the swing and it was obviously already in use as it has small bite marks from another hamster/small rodent on it. I had already processed the return when I saw the tear and assumed it had just broken in the mail. But this is a product that another rodent has already used!
