AMAZING DIFFERENCE!
My old MacBook Air from early 2013 got very hot. Simple tasks like watching Revain spin the fan like a jet engine. I checked the temperature, the processor/GPU kept fluctuating around 90-98C. I felt heat coming off my keyboard! I knew the problem was overheating. I removed the heat from the moment of assembly and replaced the contact paste with MX5 and the readings showed a 10 second drop!
