The seal itself works well but the alcohol wipe provided permanently discolored the dashboard. Do not wipe the instrument panel with the supplied 70% alcohol wipe. Now my car has a permanent discoloration on the dashboard. I didn't expect a product designed to mount a GPS device on the dashboard to permanently damage my car. When purchasing this product, be sure to clean the dashboard with water or an over-the-counter 50% alcohol solution, not the provided 70% wipe. So that the resale value of your vehicle does not fall due to internal damage.
