Disappointed: Paper and plastic

I bought these straws (pack of 500) once and was so happy with them that I bought 3 more packs of 500. They are not as advertised, they are CLEARLY WHITE WITH RED STRIPES, and they are MUCH SMALLER IN DIAMETER than my first order. I placed my order with the same seller because I was delighted with my first order. NOT SO MUCH THIS TIME.
