I ordered this as a gift for my cousin and it arrived quickly and well packaged. I've used several RBT wine openers and they never disappoint so thought this would make a great gift. When I gave it to her I was happy to see that she really liked it. She really appreciated the sleek, clean design and ease of use. After seeing her use it, I had to agree that it was even easier to use than I thought it would depend on how big the box was going to be, and I envisioned an opener. Overall I'm happy with it and will probably order another one!
