Great product that brings everyone into one spot!
The ability to send out reminders and invoices in different formats and send them to multiple clients. I would like to be able to pull up the schedule and see what is going on in the office and what times I am scheduled to work. I wish it was more like a project management tool where we could assign tasks and set deadlines. It would be great to be able to see what tasks we are working on and what status they are in. I would like to be able to see a calendar of the office and the facility. I would like to be able to see what tasks are still open and what tasks are finished. It is very helpful to be able to schedule a time to meet with a client when we are both in the office. It is very helpful for us to be able to put together a schedule and then.
- We can easily change our schedules, add new appointments or meetings that need scheduling from outside sources (email), print documents quickly without wasting paper as well keep track about how much money each employee makes per hour by using software called Quickbooks payroll system along side faciliteasy
