Cheaply made good for me
We bought these brand news and they came in yesterday. My daughter put them on around 5 pm until midnight. She put them on again today around 1pm and took them off at 9pm and the heel cusion is almost completely gone in one spot on both heals! I don’t understand how this could have happened even. She isn’t running around on them because she is in pain. This is ridiculous! I am contacting the company and will see what they say. I’ll update after I speak w them. I’m highly disappointed! They were $20 and she got a days worth out of them! I will try to include pic.
