Review on ๐Ÿ”‹ The Ultimate Power Management Solution: Progressive Dynamics PD9105V TCMS Charge Wizard by Robert Aan

It couldn't be easier to install. You will no longer prepare your batteries. Converts your old charger to work with lithium batteries

My converter is Inteli Power 9160A and it comes standard with only one charging mode (normal 13.6V), which may contain the electrolyte will evaporate if left to act for a long time. Adding a charge master provides 3 voltages and 4 modes (boost-14.4v, normal-13.6v, storage-13.2 and desulfation-14.4). This extends the life of your batteries. It also provides the voltage required to operate lithium batteries with a standard converter (14.4 V). If you're thinking about upgrading to lithium, you need this device. Charge Master is a plug and play installation. The hardest part is getting to the inverter/charger to install the charging assistant. My 2003 Fleetwood Southwind has the converter under the fridge. I had to pull out the drawer, but the converter bolted to the floor immediately. (See attached photos) Even with limited access for my large hands, this setup was easy. Simply remove the socket cover (a Phillips head screw) and plug it into the socket. Do yourself a favor and screw it up. (I had a short Philips) You don't have to ruin the (RRR) hike because your charge controller vibrates, it's just not worth it. I attached the device to the wood paneling next to the box. Nobody has thrown it yet. The cable is threaded well through the hole and double-sided tape is already included for easy installation. From there it goes into automatic mode and does its thing. If you want, you can put it in any mode manually. One thing I didn't consider is the brightness of the LED. We only notice it when we sleep in the dark. It's not intrusive or anything like that. Exactly what you noticed. I cannot recommend Charge Wizard more highly. Great product, cheap price.

Pros
  • Excellent overall performance
Cons
  • I have no particular complaints about it, everything is fine
