I bought my first bag at the end of 2016. I used it all the time on my first daughter and often stretched her to the max with our diaper (because I do). This thing has been through a lot - I'd say bumped and fallen quite a bit - through airports, lots of travel, etc. It took at least four and a half years - eventually a piece of metal stuck out. a bit, so I ordered a new one. It's the same bag (only in blue instead of black) and we still love it! It has a lot more space than you might think when you see it. One thing that makes this bag different is how the metal outlines the opening so you can actually open it and look inside the bag. This is more difficult with normal diaper bags, as they close by themselves when you rummage around. The quality is unbeatable, especially for the price. We even got a nice LL beanbag (nice and durable) which we only used 2-3 times. While it was really nice and crispy, THIS bag's ease of use made the other unacceptable to us.
