This thermal is very good, moderately difficult. Very soft, stretches well. Pleasant functional material on the outside and a soft, thin fleece layer on the inside. I love the scoop neck design as I hate anything tight around my neck. They're great for hiking Montana in the fall without being a bit bulky like some fleece-lined thermals. I washed them once in cold water and partially dried them and they didn't shrink or pill. The length of the shirt may seem shorter to some, but I'm 5ft 2in (140lbs, I ordered a medium size for reference) and it was perfect for me: I hate the long ponytail I'm trying by adding more add. Weight. I highly recommend!
