Maybe I just have a defective one, but I've had problems with it since May when I bought it (about 5 months). It randomly shut down and restarted, but overall speed was decent and it was okay for the price. I've factory reset it once or twice and when I moved from home to my apartment it seemed much better until today it gave up. I spent nearly four hours between Dlink tech support and my cable provider (the problem wasn't with the cable, but I wanted to cover all the bases) before DLink admitted it was faulty and said it would be replaced. Turns out I have to pay to send it back to them and they won't send me a new one until they fix the defective one. It cost $30, which definitely wasn't worth the shipping cost and the wait for a new one. I am literally writing this review from my floor because I need to be permanently connected to my modem. If you think you're getting a quality product then by all means buy it, but if you're concerned about having to deal with customer service because of a warranty I would go with a different brand.
