I bought this because I couldn't find a replacement battery for a battery powered rotary tool (well known brand) that I bought many years ago. I like this tool because it is able to use all of my other bits including the bits with this kit. Seems to be a well made tool. I haven't had a chance to use it yet. One of the reasons I bought it was so I could buy a second (extra) battery. With the included quick charger, the battery charges in about an hour. Another reason I bought it is that it comes with a detailing tool that plugs into the main tool. There is a nice battery indicator that lets you know the battery status while using this tool. The tool doesn't have speed control (two-speed, like my old tool). The set comes in a nice case that contains the whole set including many attachments, which are in a separate small box that fits in the main case. I am sure that I will use this tool for many years. Another reason I bought it was that the price was very reasonable, even with the purchase of a second battery. I am delighted with this purchase and the opportunity to purchase a second battery for this handy tool.
