Purchased for Jack Russell Mix. He's on the plump side, about 15 pounds. I measured the length of his neck, chest and back. The sizing chart showed I needed a large size but I went for the medium hoping it would stretch a bit. Should have been small. The set includes 4 items. Bandana-style bat ears with pointy foam ears, 2 pet ear piercings and ties that go under the chin. Foam bib, slightly curved on each side, with the top (tied around the neck) and bottom (tied around the chest, under the front legs) running down the sides and acting as drawstrings. Waistband made of black jersey foam that ties around the waist. Knit cape to tie. around the neck with another thread about halfway, I assume the ties go around the waist. - I didn't use the ears because the holes didn't line up with my dog's ears. - The cape was stretchy so I snipped off 2-3 inches and trimmed the excess tie that was halfway up. - The belt fits well, a smaller size also fits. - The chest piece needs the most adjustment. It was too wide and went through his entire chest, including his legs. Had to attach to the sides so I could tie it around him so he could walk around and not irritate him. Being foam rubber he was a little uncomfortable fastening the strings but it didn't hurt or bother him. Overall the jersey jersey and thin foam was soft, stretchy, flexible and my dog didn't look remotely uncomfortable. All ties were extra long for a good fit. The entire outfit stayed in place (except for a few re-ties) all day with no creases, shifts, or lumps.
